A study conducted by the ‘Journal of Sports Medicine and Physical Fitness’ discovered that after a couple of cups of black coffee, weight trainers could do nearly 20% more repetitions on the leg press machine than without it.
Don’t go overboard on caffeine; especially if you suffer from anxiety:
If you can tolerate caffeine (some people can’t), then being able to do longer and harder periods of exercise will mean extra weight loss. But I would only recommend having this much caffeine if you are actually going to burn it off immediately, otherwise you may end up with possible negative side effects such as palpitations and anxiety.
