Add your pre-pressed, bitesize tofu chunks to a bowl and gently mix in all other ingredients until all pieces of tofu are covered with your spice mix and cornstarch. You can use this straight away as it is or you can leave it to marinate for 30 minutes if you prefer.
Gently lay your tofu pieces on your air-fryer tray evenly. Do not put any pieces on top of each other.
Air-fry on full heat for 15 minutes or until tofu is browned and crispy.
